Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country.For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: SummarySummary: Receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products.Job Responsibilities:Ensures appropriate functions, duties, and procedures are performed as directed by Warehouse Lead, Supervisor, Manager.Receives, unloads, moves, and loads merchandise or products.Verifies correct counts of items received and notes inventory and delivery discrepancies or damages.Maintains proper storage of inventory merchandise to avoid spills or spoilage, rotates stock according to schedule.Maintains work area in a safe manner, reports any unsafe and hazardous conditions.Manages and maintains stock control, including: plans future needs, and adjusts par levels, processes stock orders, controls dead stock and scheduled deliveries.Operates forklift, pallet jack, light utility when necessary.
