Spotlight Media is an official TikTok Shop Partner agency working with thousands of creators and brands to produce high-quality content on TikTok Shop. We collaborate with some of the biggest brands on the platform, including Goli, Edikted, Microingredients, Pavoi, Grüns, and many more. As we expand our services to TikTok Livestream Shopping, we are seeking energetic live hosts for our studios in Culver City, CA. We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Role Description:

As a TikTok Live Stream Host at Spotlight Media, you will be the face of our live shopping sessions. You will engage with audiences in real-time, showcasing products through interactive and entertaining live streams. Collaborating with our creative team, you'll develop compelling content that drives immediate purchases and enhances viewer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Captivate Viewers: Host interactive live streams on TikTok for a minimum of 2 hours per session, keeping audiences entertained and involved.
• Product Research: Conduct thorough research on products beforehand to effectively showcase features and highlight benefits.
• Educational Storytelling: Explain product details, styles, and functions clearly and engagingly, using storytelling to enhance viewer experience.
• Content Development: Collaborate with studio producers and creative teams to script and execute compelling live-streaming content.
• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor live stream metrics after sessions, analyze viewer engagement and sales data, and adjust strategies to enhance performance in future sessions.

Qualifications:

• Public Speaking & On-Camera Confidence: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a charismatic, confident, and camera-ready presence.
• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, online shopping behaviors, and effective sales tactics.
• Creative and Adaptable: Innovative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt to evolving trends and audience preferences.
• High Energy and Enthusiasm: Ability to maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm throughout extended live streams.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor performance and inform strategy adjustments.
• Location Availability: Ability to commute to the live stream studio at least 3 times per week in Culver City, CA.
• Content Creation Experience: Previous experience with content creation and a strong desire to grow your social media presence.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or similar customer-facing roles.

Salary and Schedule:

• Compensation: $30–$50 per hour plus 1–3% commission.
• Schedule: Set schedules 2 weeks in advance with a high degree of flexibility.
