SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible for performing tasks related to Production, assembly, machine operation, maintenance, warehousing, shipping and receiving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential functions include the following and additional duties may be assigned when needed.

• Report to assigned Department Supervisor and perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Assemble Parts and products as per instructions including assembly and disassembly by hand, using assembly tools, and operating production machinery and equipment
• Operate Injection Molding and other machinery as per instructions of relevant supervisor
• Perform secondary tasks related to Production and Warehouse including moving boxes, counting inventory, setting up tools, machinery and equipment
• Assist in Loading and unloading Containers, building pallets, labelling, packaging, moving pallets for warehousing and Shipping
• Follow instructions, targets and deadlines as set by the assigned supervisor and management
• Perform Maintenance tasks as per instructions including cleaning of parts, machinery, office space and general facility maintenance including disinfecting, sanitizing, and washing of common areas
• Keep work station clean, organized and orderly
• Report on time to work and observe breaks and lunch times as per policy
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience with Assembly, warehouse, shipping and/or injection molding.
• Ability to learn, get training and acquire knowledge of all job-related activities.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in this work environment is usually loud. Personal Protective equipment is readily available and enforced as per Company's safety Policy and Procedures.
