We're currently looking for a Part Time Care Companion in Pico Rivera, CA 90660

A family in Pico Rivera is looking for a part time Care Companion for their mother to start as soon as possible. Care is needed Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am-4pm. A caregiver with physical therapy or mobility experience, who is encouraging, would be ideal.

• Start date: Immediately
• Length of position: Long-term
• Schedule:
  • Tuesday, 11am-4pm
  • Wednesday, 11am-4pm
• Compensation: $25-$32 per hour

• Excellent companion care for one client
• Assistance with showering, as-needed
• Support with mobility tasks such as:
  • Getting in and out of the car at doctor's appointments
  • Getting in and out of the shower
  • Performing physical therapy exercises

• 2+ years of paid, professional experience with adult/elder care
  • Mobility | Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Valid license, clean driving record + valid driver's insurance
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Able to provide at least 2 professional care-related references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional caregiving experience, whichever is greater
• Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
