Job Details

Positions allocable to this class perform custodial duties under direct supervision. Cleans vacant dwelling units, offices, and other areas. Sweeps, mops, strips, and waxes floors. Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and screens. Cleans appliances and other housing fixtures and furniture. Fumigates and exterminates dwellings units and offices. May perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: One (1) year of custodial experience. Special Requirements: Must possess a valid California Class "C" Driver's License.
