Role OverviewSodexo Airline Lounges is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for our prestigious American Express Centurion Lounge client at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in Los Angeles, CA. A majority of the role will be taking over the communication with and oversight of outside vendors, while completing as much as they are able to do on their own and with our team. Day to day equipment issues, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, etc. This person will also oversee our HVAC vendor and maintain that relationship. You will also be doing some electrical work and coordinating any PM issues. This position has flexible hours that can include overnights in order to complete repairs, etc.What You'll DoKey Duties:
