Join our team as a Warehouse Associate II on a 1-year contract, with possibility of extension, and play a crucial role in the efficient handling and distribution of materials within a major Oil and Gas company warehouse and production environment!

Role Overview

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Distribute materials to the appropriate departments or production areas as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or logs.
• Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring proper labelling and handling to prevent damage.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure easy access and maintain a clean workspace.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, supervisors, and other departments to address material needs, resolve issues, or provide updates.
• Work between two warehouses or other locations within the two plants to meet operational requirements
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials for accuracy and quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and pass a physical agility test.
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory tracking systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Experience with RF devices is preferred.
• Typing skills.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Certifications: Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/material handling in an industrial environment.
