We are seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role is essential to our wholesale and retail fulfillment operations, involving tasks such as order processing, inventory management, quality control, and shipping & receiving. You will play a key role in ensuring that our wholesale partners, retailers, and customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires in-office presence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing, charging, and shipping orders for both wholesale and retail customers.
• Processing repairs and returns.
• Receiving, counting, and performing quality checks on incoming products.
• Bagging and tagging products with correct style numbers.
• Assembling select beaded jewelry items.
• Conducting inventory counts and restocking supplies.
• Maintaining the stockroom through organization and light cleaning.
• Ensuring compliance with wholesale order requirements, including bulk packaging and accurate labeling for retail partners.
• Utilizing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems for order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation.
• Communicating with the wholesale sales team to coordinate large orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting with inventory audits and stock replenishment to support wholesale demand.

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or wholesale fulfillment is preferred.
• Experience with wholesale distribution and EDI systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and their online shipping platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks, including light lifting and sorting small jewelry items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling bulk orders and B2B shipping is a plus.



• Hourly Rate: $20–$25 per hour (dependent on experience).
