Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
Job Location: Artesia, CA

Salary: $80k-$115K DOE

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Assist Project Manager on subcontracts, process RFI's, submittals, and change orders
• Evaluate construction methods, materials & labor requirements
• Determine cost-effectiveness of plans
• Prepare and submit detailed budget estimates and cost tracking reports to PM
• Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status

• 2+ years of experience as a project engineer with a general contractor for commercial construction
• Nice To Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.
  • Healthcare, Public Works, or Educational experience
