Description:

LHH is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in grants management and financial oversight. If you have exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail, this is your opportunity to take on an impactful role within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Director and C-Level Executives, providing essential administrative and strategic support.
  • Manage Grants: Utilize your knowledge of grants to assist with the analysis, coordination, and auditing of expenditures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Calendar Coordination: Handle and coordinate active calendars, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and confirm meetings, managing appointments and preparing necessary materials.
  • File Organization: Maintain organized files and records in alignment with office protocols, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional administrative support across the office as needed, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working with grants, including analysis and expenditure audits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
