Caltech is seeking a visionary leader to establish and execute a strategic plan for Caltech's data technology. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise with the latest technologies and strong organization management skills along with a proven track record of leading organizations for the data transformation journey. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization's overall data strategy, ensuring seamless data integration, robust business intelligence solutions, and enterprise data warehousing. This role involves leading a team of data professionals and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enable a data-informed decision-making process.
This is an Organizational Critical position. In the event of an emergency on campus, an employee designated as organizational critical is expected to report to Campus as soon as possible to assist in division/department response and recovery efforts.

$220,000 to $260,000 Per Year
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
