Are you ready to use your pastry and culinary skills in a lively and innovative environment? Whether you are looking for an exquisite Signature Fine Dining Pastry environment at the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, or an exciting fast-paced production environment at the Central Bakery, magical hourly opportunities await!
Hourly Pastry opportunities may include:
- Pastry Line/Dinner Cook
Basic Qualifications :
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for these roles
- Passion for Pastry & Baking and delighting our Guests with food!
- Strong experience with cakes, plated desserts, and working in banquet and restaurant environments
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field/restaurants, or culinary degree and equivalent experience
- Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment
- Multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrate a desire to provide excellent guest service and be part of a team
- Strong listening skills and ability to take direction
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
