Position Summary: Manage multiple operations within the Facilities Management function, utilizing relevant experience and business knowledge to develop and maintain operations, and deliver frontline services aligned with business demands. Lead service change initiatives, investigate complex issues, and collaborate with service providers and other departments. This position is located at our Tarzana site.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage technical support for facilities management teams, providing guidance, instruction, and training.
  2. Plan resources for the function by gathering needs and escalating appropriately.
  3. Own specific technical areas within Facilities Management, understanding processes and equipment.
  4. Lead or support major facilities projects from conception to implementation.
  5. Manage budgets, oversee costs, and contribute to capital planning.
  6. Stay updated with industry best practices and developments.
  7. Lead troubleshooting activities, make complex judgments, and anticipate future needs.
  8. Manage customer expectations and ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
  9. Support team development and implement new tools for performance improvement.
  10. Use data to discuss, plan, and manage improvement initiatives.
  11. Build contacts across departments and external groups, representing your responsibilities.
  12. Support change management and continuous team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of facilities/industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles, or equivalent.
  • Experience in project and personnel management, familiarity with building automation and control systems.
  • Electromechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Asset reliability expertise.
  • Knowledge of physical plant operations and technical equipment.

The annual base salary ranges from $89,874 to $134,811, with additional incentives and benefits including retirement plans, paid leave, health coverage, and more.
