Job Opportunity: Product Training Specialist (Junior to Craftsman)

We are seeking support for our valued customer in multiple locations: National Capital Region, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, Offutt AFB, NE, and Kirtland AFB, NM.

*Contingent upon contract award*

Salary Range: $71,000 - $126,000

Job Summary

Provide full-time support to training activities, including wargames and exercises.

Essential Duties

  1. Support training activities and coordinate with teams to ensure readiness.
  2. Design, develop, and support training content and materials.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare training materials for events.
  4. Evaluate and improve virtual and classroom training programs.
  5. Conduct training needs analysis and develop evaluation criteria.
  6. Create customized training solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  7. Design instructional strategies for diverse learning styles.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals.
  9. Assist in developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  10. Conduct basic training sessions and provide technical support to learners.
  11. Engage in professional development to stay current with training methodologies.
  12. Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of training programs and materials.
  13. Update course documentation regularly.
  14. Apply best practices to improve products and services.
  15. Solve complex problems independently and exercise judgment.
  16. Mentor colleagues and potentially lead small projects.
  17. Communicate complex information effectively and build consensus.
  18. Supervise team members and coordinate with management on training needs.
  19. Formulate training policies and schedules based on needs.
  20. Perform standard tasks with experience and knowledge, developing advanced skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Conceptual and practical expertise in relevant disciplines.
  • Knowledge of best practices and industry standards.
  • Understanding of DoD, agency, or industry standards and requirements.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Entry-level candidates with advanced degrees may be considered.

Security Clearance

Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Travel

Up to 10% travel expected.
