Job Description

We are seeking a Security Officer Site Supervisor earning $20.50 per hour. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, supervising site staff, and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within their empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be necessary depending on state/local laws.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in scheduling and billing software.
• Enforce contract standards and site safety programs.
• Participate in unemployment hearings if required.
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
