Maintenance Associate - Entry-Level | Now Hiring | Santa Fe Springs, CA

Compensation Includes:

• Starting rate of $20.16-$24/hour - paid weekly

Available Shifts:

• 2nd: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd: 10:00pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety regulations, including PPE and general safety practices
• Perform time-sensitive work focusing on quality and reliability
• Address emergency calls on-site, especially related to production-sensitive items
• Work independently or with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with floor operators regarding equipment issues
• Troubleshoot machinery and systems, and report findings
• Perform product/line changeovers, setup, and testing to ensure quality standards
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and reporting
• Manage parts inventory and submit requests as needed
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills for motors, gears, pulleys, chains, pneumatic systems, and precise mechanical alignment
• Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting PCs and Human/Machine Interfaces
• Experience with troubleshooting equipment controls, including encoders, position transducers, and sensing devices
