Pay Range: $30-$38/hour (depending on experience)
An innovative manufacturing company in the South Bay is seeking a hands-on Production Assembly Technician to support their production operations. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term potential, ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, inventory support, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and kit components using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches)
Pack, label, and prep outbound shipments
Perform cycle counts and track part shortages in the inventory system
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and production teams
Qualifications:
Experience with basic mechanical assembly or kitting using hand tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
Background in warehouse, production, or manufacturing environments
Familiar with ERP or inventory systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and performing data entry
Reliable transportation to Hawthorne and open to cross-training
Strong communication and attention to detail
