Summary of Job Description:

This is a temporary position. The Temporary Rollout Projects Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting execution for the department and any other specially assigned projects to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Job Description:

  • Utilizes and leverages Alteryx to automate routine tasks, improve data quality, and generate reports.
  • Oversees equipment ordering and scheduling for all Rollout projects, working closely with various departments and vendors/business partners, etc.
  • Supports planning of equipment rollouts across related functions to meet Operations deadlines.
  • Manages vendors database to ensure all vendors information is up-to-date and in compliance.
  • Performs a variety of special projects as requested by FFE & Energy Team and assists with programs and processes to enhance the efficiency of the department.
  • Supports creating procedural training guides from improved processes and trains others in enhanced, more efficient process.

Your background & experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with course work in business and accounting
  • Minimum three years of project-related experience
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.


Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
