We specialize in commercial (office, retail, industrial, medical) and residential property management, apartments for rent in Los Angeles and greater LA County, and commercial real estate for lease. PMA is hiring Part-time Resident Managers for a 54-unit property for 20 hours per week. This position comes with a free 1-bedroom apartment. Salary will be paid after 13 hours of work. Work out of a separate leasing office. This role involves managing the buildings, assisting new tenants with leases, conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining certificates of insurance. Despite being part-time, resident managers are on call to handle emergencies and ensure smooth property operations. Join us for a dynamic and stable career environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collection of Rent & Delinquencies
  • Generating and Posting of notices as needed
  • Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
  • Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed.
  • Advertise, market, and lease vacant units.
  • Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel.
  • Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management.
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants.
  • Must be available for 1 weekend day and on call as needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of property management experience required to have resume reviewed.
  • Experience managing multiple properties is preferred.
  • Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
  • Ability to market & lease apartments.
  • Energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
  • Must be familiar with all social media and apartment rental websites.
  • Strong sales and closing skills.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • A valid driver's license and evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
  • Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, by local law/regulations as part of our application process.
