As a Quality Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for customer quality concerns, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring the highest quality standards in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first line of defense for customer quality concerns, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Own the RMA process, driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct thorough internal audits to maintain peak operational quality.
  • Guarantee precision through diligent calibration system management.
  • Refine our quality management system and documentation for optimal performance.
  • Leverage SPC and MSA to achieve exceptional product reliability and yields in electronics production.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering within electronics device manufacturing, particularly in high-reliability or aerospace applications.
  • Deep familiarity with quality standards for electronics (IPC, military, custom specs).
  • Proven expertise in statistical methods (SPC, DOE, Cpk) for process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and technical documentation abilities.
  • A strong foundation in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on problem-solving skills in electronics manufacturing quality.
  • Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting internal audits.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with high-reliability or aerospace applications.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of SPC and MSA methodologies.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: $85K - $100K Annually (DOE). Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) with Match, PTO.
