Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Currently operating at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, with new terminals in development at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. The Role: Accounting Manager – PS LAX

The Accounting Manager oversees all financial operations of the PSLAX terminal, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and efficient reporting. Responsibilities include managing journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and acting as a strategic partner to local leadership and corporate stakeholders. The role also involves responding to ad-hoc financial requests and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Complete month-end close processes including revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliations, and prepaid management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and leadership.
  • Support the FP&A team and CFO during budgeting and long-range planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial tools like Coupa, Toast, Xtrachef, Expensify, Bill, Stripe.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

$110,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
