Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Hospital Operations of the UCLA Hospital System, you will be responsible for performance improvement project management, complex analyses, and development of organizational policies, procedures, practices, and cost-benefit studies on a Hospital System-wide basis as needed. You will assure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, assist with research, and provide administrative support to Operations as requested. Attendance of various Operations and Departmental meetings is expected to facilitate learning and the Fellows overall experience.
