The Sleep Lab Manager is responsible for providing technical and administrative management to a group of technicians and staff engaged in conducting Polysomnographic examinations. Responsible for projecting budgetary needs, evaluating equipment and employee performance, and ensuring the general effectiveness of services. The Manager is responsible for assisting in monitoring and controlling the Sleep Laboratory budget, employee relationships, customer service, performance improvement, maintaining intra and interdepartmental communication and overseeing specialized accreditation. The Manager is also responsible for organizing the work schedule, and monitoring attendance and punctuality. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related science (e.g. engineering, psychology, neuroscience, health) or business. Minimum Experience: 2 years Experience in a Lead sleep technician position.
