Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Operations to oversee our law firm's daily operations and drive organizational excellence. This role is vital to our firms success, responsible for managing the operational, financial, and administrative functions that keep our office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law firm operations or professional services, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring all departments run efficiently and meet performance standards.
• Financial Oversight : Manage the firm's budget, financial planning, and operational expenditures, working closely with the finance team to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support our growth initiatives.
• Human Resources : Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team; handle performance reviews and employee development programs.
• Technology & Systems : Ensure effective use of technology to streamline operations, monitor software integrations, and implement new systems as necessary.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including handling all aspects of firm-wide risk management.
• Client Services : Ensure our clients receive a high level of service, partnering with the team to enhance the client experience.
• Strategic Planning : Work closely with firm leadership to establish and execute long-term strategic goals, aligning with the firms vision and values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury practice area.
• Proven track record of managing finances, human resources, and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of legal technology and case management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain positive team relationships.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centered approach.
