Job Details

This position works to collect and track clinically important patient outcome indicators and assists with translating results into clinical care of the patient and their families. Working with all clinical departments to capture data that improves clinical care. Entering clinical data into a database. Tracking patient visits and auditing the data for completeness and accuracy. Assisting with streamlining clinical processes related to Outcomes data collection. This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required:Bachelors Degree is Healthcare, Engineering, Statistics or related field. Ability to manage and maintain valid and reliable database systems. Experience with access to and use of data from internal and external transaction systems. Familiar with health delivery models and have expertise in healthcare processes.
