A Little More About What You Will be Doing The Cardiac Sonographer Level I, supports patient care by performing echocardiogram procedures as directed by the physician. Demonstrates proficiency with the use of ultrasound equipment and associated procedures. This position performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians and other health practitioners running efficiently.
