Position: Scheduler

Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048

Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Duration: 13 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $24 - $25/hr

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of surgery scheduling experience – Required

• Experience working in a hospital or medical center – Preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience with scheduling software, phones, and standard office equipment
