About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Affairs Associate Dean to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead the oversight and management of our clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and education. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing clinical policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and creating a culture of excellence within our institution.

This position also entails strategic planning for our clinical enterprise, overseeing budget management, and collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and students to improve the overall clinical experience. We are looking for an individual who holds a Doctoral degree in a relevant field—such as dentistry, medicine, or another healthcare discipline—and has at least 5 years of proven experience in clinical leadership. A history in clinical management, education, and research is essential.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and an unwavering commitment to our institution's mission and values. Experience within a dental or medical school setting is highly regarded.
