Akkodis is seeking a Product Engineer for a Contract job with a client in North Hollywood, CA(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will have expertise in data segregation, triaging, and SolidWorks/Catia, while leading the team, managing product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Rate Range: $64/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Leading product design and development processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Managing product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting during production.
- Overseeing product lifecycle management and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Catia, or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
