• 8+ years shipping full-stack products
• Extensive React Native mobile development experience
• Solid experience working across AWS services
• Strong management experience, with the ability to have tough conversations and drive change
• Strong ability to ship a 4.5 to 5 start consumer application
• Must have triage scaling issues during launch and stabilizing the audience and improving feature set

• Strong leadership skills
