Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Provide HR support to regional stores, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other administrative assistance
Assist with employee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth and effective transition for new hires
Maintain and update employee records within the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support the payroll process by verifying timekeeping data
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, covering various tasks and functions as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or the related field is required
Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations is preferred and must have a strong intellectual curiosity to stay informed
against complaint with employment laws and HR practice
Ability to build strong employee relations, attention to details, and communication skills across all levels of the organization
Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
