RCN Capital, LLC is a national, direct private lender providing time-sensitive, bridge financing to real estate investors to fund the purchase of non-owner occupied residential and commercial properties, provide bridge loans, and provide real estate-backed lines of credit.

Based on our growing success as a national private lender, we are adding a Loan Processor to our highly motivated and detail-oriented team. The Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan files for their full life cycle and will acting as a liaison between our sales team, borrowers and attorney. The position requires strong communication skills both within our Originations team but also with our borrowers. Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and will maintain excellent customer focus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order credit/background checks and prepare summaries
• Collect and review documents to ensure compliance with loan programs and company guidelines
• Liaison with sales team, brokers/borrowers and outside attorney
• Manage electronic loan files from origination to closing
• Assist in coordination of closing

Position Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage time well

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Loan Processor
• At least 1 year of experience using LOS and/or Excel

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years relevant experience in legal, mortgage, financial or real estate industries

Education:

• Associate's degree required in Business, Finance, Communications, Legal, Real Estate, or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Communications, Legal, Real Estate, or related field
