The Charging Product Design Engineering team bring new Rivian charging products to life. We take products from sketch to production and beyond, producing creative engineering solutions to improve the useability and reliability of charging for all Responsibilities Work within Rivians Charging organization to take ideas from conceptualization through to off tool parts and production, responsible for the mechanical design, CAD, detail and testing success. Youll be working directly with our electrical engineering team, product managers, program managers, and Charging leadership on the next generation of Rivian chargers. Contribute to product architecture, optimizing for things like user experience, product quality, reliability and serviceability, as well as for assemblability and cost. Collaborate with our supplier base to ensure your designs are made on time and to specification, and to guide the suppliers through any elements they may be responsible for.
