Job Summary

This role focuses on enhancing process efficiency, managing organizational change, and overseeing various projects within the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities will encompass estimating, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and managing issues and risks associated with projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in managing intermediate to large-scale projects with successful outcomes using established methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish or modify health plans and new business lines.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions is required.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira and Smartsheets is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, communication strategies, timelines, risk management strategies, and clearly defined roles.
• Mastery of standard applications and project-specific software, with the ability to swiftly learn new systems and train others.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Consult with senior project management staff when necessary and leverage established procedures and experiences for timely decisions.

Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with completion of at least one project management course.

Required Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or related fields; education may be substituted for experience.

Preferred Education: Additional formal training in project management is advantageous.

Preferred Certification: PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are desired.
