About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of key product components from conceptual design through full-scale production. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing startup, offering the opportunity to directly shape manufacturing processes, optimize production efficiency, and influence product design.

You'll work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure our products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead hardware and production cell design, optimizing for manufacturability, cost, and scalability
• Design, develop, and implement production tooling and equipment
• Conduct design of experiments (DOE) to qualify and validate production processes
• Develop and refine process documentation including build instructions, testing protocols, validation procedures, safety standards, and mBOMs
• Participate in design reviews to ensure strong Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
• Create and maintain detailed production plans and schedules, communicating effectively with all relevant teams
• Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing issues and non-conformances
• Mentor and train peers and colleagues to elevate manufacturing standards across the team

• 3-8 years of experience in fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environments (senior-level preferred)
• Proven ability to take products from concept to production in a hands-on manufacturing setting
• Expertise in DFM, tooling design, and process optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving production challenges
• Experience developing process documentation and production standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
