Job Details

Manage, review, and deliver business valuation projects for the following purposes: financial reporting purposes (ASC 805/ ASC 350), gift and estate tax, 409 A/ ASC 718, management planning, litigation support, and/or M&A Scope new projects and prepare admin items for projects including, but not limited to client invoices, engagement letters, and proposals Coach and mentor staff, senior and managers within the valuation practice Work with staff, senior analysts and other managers to ensure all projects in the pipeline are completed on budget and on time Frequently communicate with key client contacts throughout the valuation process Network internally and externally to grow the business Manage, key initiatives and metrics, including but not limited to metrics related to billing, utilization, and A/ R Maintain and develop key client relationships Requirements Bachelors degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, or engineering Minimum of 6 years of val...Valuation, Manager, Client Relations, Senior Analyst, Technology, Business
