Operations Technical Specialist / Full-Stack Developer

Please note, this requires an onsite hybrid schedule in Cupertino, CA orCulver City, CA. Must be able to work onsite Tuesday – Thursday. Monday and Friday remote.

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your technical expertise with strategic thinking. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and automating processes that enhance the delivery and effectiveness of in-app messaging across a suite of media services. Your work will directly influence user engagement and contribute to the overall success of these products.
What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to automate and streamline marketing operations processes.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and architectures to support data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to connect various marketing tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in marketing operations.
• Develop and implement machine learning solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to marketing operations systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing operations technology roadmap.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical process design and improvement.
• Strong experience in data engineering, including designing scalable data models and architectures.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience with REST API design, database integration, and containerization tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience implementing machine learning solutions, including work with Large Language Models (LLMs).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.12 to $78.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
