Director of Attorney Professional Development

Law firm is seeking a Director of Attorney Professional Development to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement training programs, mentorship and/or coaching opportunities, orientation and onboarding initiatives, individualized learning plans, and leadership development pathways.
• Oversee management of all Firm CLE compliance.
• Manage & mentor the attorney professional development team.
• Develop attorney professional development budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• JD highly preferred.
• At least 10+ years of experience in professional development required.
• At least 7+ years of experience in professional development with prior experience as a practicing attorney.
• Law firm experience strongly preferred.
• MS Office Suite & HRIS required.

Salary Range: $175-250K
