The Opportunity

• This position is remote.
• Applicants must currently reside in the Los Angeles, CA area.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service for automation accounts, including proactive product support.
• Implement and maintain quality systems.
• Support hardware, software, and reagent issues through Level I and II support.
• Document customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Plan customer visits and conduct training to enhance customer troubleshooting skills.
• Coordinate order delivery, billing, and inventory management.
• Develop account strategies and participate in business reviews.
• Build relationships to identify value expansion opportunities.
• Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage parts utilization within budget and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with laboratory instrumentation and customer interfacing.

Compensation ranges from $31.60 to $63.20 per hour, depending on location and experience.
