Strategic Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Fresh GRIT

The SSCM will develop supply chain plans with vendors, oversee their execution, and achieve service level and cost goals. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and cost efficiency across online and in-store channels.

Ideal candidates are data-driven, highly organized, and experienced in retail or supply chain management. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and leading both tactical and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning and inventory health, focusing on product availability, vendor management, demand forecasting, and waste reduction.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
• Conduct complex analyses to identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
• Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements affecting procurement and vendor management.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Excel
• 4+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or project management
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional/military experience
• Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistical inventory control principles
