Lifeline Companion Services is celebrating 20 years in business in 2025!

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a lovely FEMALE PATIENT located in Sherman Oaks. Experience with Dementia patients is REQUIRED - patient will have to be redirected. All ADL's experience also necessary.

You also MUST drive - patient loves to get outside.

SHIFT:
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
9:00AM - 5:00PM

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*All ADL'S
*Driving Patient (Errands, appointments, out for a ride, etc.)

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience - Dementia experience REQUIRED
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (which shows you are a covered driver)
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (OR proof that you have recently had one taken)
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID: (Social Security Card - OR - US Passport - OR - Valid EAC - OR - Valid Permanent Resident Card)
