Prestigious Partner Level Legal Recruiting Agency Seeks an Outstanding Candidate to Head up the Submissions Division.

Our agency is based in both Los Angeles & New York. This position is for the Westwood office in LA, though the hours are 6 a.m. -2:30 p.m. as most of our clients are New York/East Coast based.

You will run this division with another outstanding coordinator & partner.

Our clients are predominantly Top 20 Global law firms, and the best individual partners and groups who work at these firms. Our markets are all over the world including major US markets, London, Asia, the Middle East and key European cities. We are a leading agency worldwide and known for our prolific email marketing campaigns at the highest levels of the BIGLAW community. Job Duties:

• Your focus will be on email outreach and precisely curating relevant contacts for diverse law firms across the globe. This entails monitoring responses, ensuring timely follow-ups on lawyer submissions, and fostering strong relationships with our law firm clientele and their teams.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage prospective leads.
• Receive assignments from the CEO that focus on marketing and research initiatives. This includes crafting and dispatching targeted emails to contacts and potential new law firm hires. You'll be engaging with a wide range of lawyer partners and groups represented by our agency worldwide.
• You will monitor daily response statistics with an eye towards constant improvement and the highest possible read and receipt rates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive contact lists of legal talent and perform outreach via email and telemarketing.
• Research the legal market and our key clients to identify submission contacts across the United states.

• Able to familiarize yourself with the technologies we use and work closely with our Director of IT, managers, and CEO
• Extremely persistent and focused

Recent college graduates with an interest in law are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Degree from a good 4-year college, GPA: 3.3 or higher.
• Typing Speed 65+ WPM
• Highly accurate spelling and grammar.
• Meticulous about accuracy, incredibly organized, likes structure.
• Enjoys constructive feedback and criticism with a goal of wanting to better one's work.
• Top work ethic, gets along well with others.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay – $27.00-$30.000+ depending on hours & performance.

*Please note overtime is regularly available (time & a half) and, on occasion, required.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Location: In Person at the Westwood Office in Los Angeles, CA 90024- must be able to reliably commute
