Northrop Grumman Defense Systems looking for a Principal / Sr. Principal Project Manager. This position can be located in Roy, UT or Manhattan Beach, CA .
What You'll Get To Do:
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Control Account management responsibilities, inclusive of: Top level IMS and task management, Cost accounting and control, EAC management, Jira stories management, QBDs, internal tools, BOEs, Risk Management, and Variance Analysis Reporting. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction
goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer relocation assistance.
Basic Qualifications:
Principal Project Management: 5 Years experience with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Sr Principal Project Management: 8 Years experience with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters; 4 Year with PhD; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
