Pay Rate: $80 - $83/hr DOE

This need is for a highly organized program manager with experience in project management tools (Airtable, Jira), and familiarity with email marketing data and lifecycle operations. Experience with tools like Salesforce or Braze is a plus.

" The candidate should be able to interface between marketing, product, data, and engineering teams, understanding technical requirements and marketing's role in larger product initiatives.
" No formal certifications are required, but demonstrated experience with email/push notification marketing projects is important. SEO knowledge is not needed.

Description:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager (Contract) to support the Lifecycle Operations team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments, has strong project management skills, and is comfortable working with Marketing, Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to drive execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Lifecycle, Product, Data, and Engineering teams for intake on new projects, ensuring the team meets all goals and deadlines
- Outline project timelines and coordinate workback schedules and milestones with stakeholders and agency teams
- Triage and manage incidents and new projects across creative and tech agency partners
- Develop documentation and training for new internal systems, processes and workflows
- Develop QA processes and documentation across new Lifecycle projects to support contingency planning
- Partner with Analytics to develop requirements for dashboards and implement processes to support new analyses
- Assess changes made in data contracts and assist in mapping messaging logic
- Ensure all messaging aligns with legal and regulatory compliance standards

Basic Qualifications:
- 3 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within CRM or Lifecycle
- Experience with corporate level CRM tools such as: Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. and Audience Segmentation/Data Tools such as: SAS Customer, Intelligence Studio, Snowflake, Redshift. etc.
- B.A. degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data, and lifecycle messaging
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in fast-paced environments and managing shifting priorities
- Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools is a plus
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Airtable, Asana)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing both agency and internal partners

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience
