• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.
