Premier Los Angeles based complex litigation and transactions law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their congenial team. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Draft and prepare comprehensive discovery requests, subpoenas, and manage e-discovery workflows, including e-document management and legal research.
• Administer document production through discovery platforms such as Relativity and Novus, ensuring adherence to the discovery timeline.
• Systematically organize and maintain exhibits and comprehensive case files (both electronic and physical).
• Perform advanced legal research utilizing Westlaw and navigating various court dockets for document retrieval and downloading.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of State Court, Federal Court, and Appellate Court Rules.
• Support additional initiatives as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience with case management software (Everlaw, CSDisco, LexisNexis or similar)
• Exceptional communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients
