Own recurring research deliverables including survey analysis, dashboards, and crosstab interpretation. Lead survey programming, testing, and data cleaning across ongoing and custom research studies. Conduct deeper data analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or Tableau. Build recurring deliverables, dashboards, and reports for internal teams. Create topline insights summaries and visualizations to support client deliverables and internal needs. Help identify emerging trends and themes across internal and external datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic storytelling. Contribute to client-facing presentations and recaps. Support pitch development and other ad-hoc research requests across the team. Participate in execution of the teams annual research priorities and initiatives.
