Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent in-office presence to foster collaboration, cross-training, and workflow efficiency.
  • ct as a primary liaison for client communications and meeting coordination.
  • Manage administrative tasks including time and expense entry, billing support, new matter openings, and preparation of client presentations.
  • Draft, proofread, and format litigation documents (pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery, correspondence), ensuring compliance with court and firm standards.
  • Organize and maintain case files (both electronic and hard copy), monitor deadlines, and track court dates.
  • Coordinate state and federal court filings, demonstrating expertise in relevant procedures and documentation requirements.
  • ssist in discovery, document production, and manage e-discovery projects, including vendor coordination.
  • Support attorneys with accurate timekeeping, billing code application, rate adjustments, and expense reporting.
  • Handle complex scheduling, travel arrangements, calendar management, and deadline tracking.
  • Work overtime as required to meet litigation and client demands.
Required Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Expert knowledge of state and federal e-filing systems and court rules.
  • Proficiency with legal administrative tools such as Intapp Time, Chrome River, iManage, and document comparison software.
  • dvanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other legal-specific software.
  • Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and legal formatting standards.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced litigation environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting litigation attorneys.
  • ssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Notary certification is a plus.
