Salary range
$60,200.00 - $75,300.00 Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Establish a meaningful liaison with both high school and community college personnel and represent the University to students and their parents, counselors and the general public by making school visits and participating in both daytime and evening seminars for college bound students.
Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Participate in all aspects of admission recruitment and outreach to prospective students.
- Visit high schools and community colleges, represent LMU at college nights and college fairs, and participate in on campus recruitment programs.
- Provide admission counseling to prospective students and their families regarding all aspects of admission and financial aid.
- Read applications and evaluate candidates for admission. Utilize enrollment management guidelines to determine admissibility of students.
- Serve as liaison to other offices and constituencies, on campus and off campus, as needed.
- Assist with planning and execution of on campus recruitment events.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requisite Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities to keep abreast of trends in student recruitment and enrollment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admission, financial aid, or other area of higher education is preferred.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral); poise and professionalism necessary to represent the University independently before a variety of constituencies.
- Highly developed organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.), and familiarity with contemporary social media and other communication tools .
