About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll take spacecraft subsystems from clean-sheet design to flight validation on a compressed timeline. You'll own mechanical systems end-to-end-balancing agility with analytical rigor, and simplicity with reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mission-critical spacecraft components for orbital deployment
• Design, prototype, and qualify mechanical systems under fast-paced deadlines
• Own hardware from concept through on-orbit operations
• Ensure your designs survive the space environment through thorough analysis and validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, GNC, and manufacturing teams

Ideal Background

We're looking for bold, obsessive builders. You may have:

• Taken spacecraft hardware from idea to orbit
• Deep CAD proficiency and familiarity with design-for-manufacturing
• Intuitive understanding of mechanical tolerances and bolted joint design
• Experience developing interdependent systems in cross-disciplinary teams

• Salary range: $90K - $180K (commensurate with experience level)
